Notes

  • It is unclear whether the varieties of Altay Tuvan spoken in Tsengel and Buyant should be considered separately. Хашимото and Пүревжав's 1999 word list is mostly from Buyant, but they do include speakers from Tsengel. Their data is often slightly different from data from other authors like Гансух and Sugahara.
